Welcome to the flyhtz Booking System
Let flyhtz do all the heavy lifting. Once you are on our platform, you are visible to the world. Generating leads and improving asset utilisation has never been easier. By catering to the needs and wants of the time conscious traveller, flyhtz has developed the technology to bring together air travel and the on-demand culture. By targeting an ever increasing customer base, we are able to offer our operators exclusive access to this market. Think of the flyhtz platform as a "Global Distribution System" for the adhoc aircraft charter industry, and the air taxi industry in the future.
flyhtz does not charge any booking fees or commissions. The profits are all yours. You have control of setting your metrics for our proprietary on-demand instant quoting engine to use. You have total control of how you control your pricing structure.
In order to be a part of the flyhtz ecosystem, you will need to subscribe to and use our proprietary web based flyhtz Booking System (FBS). This is a full featured web based booking system. It manages all internal bookings as well as external bookings made via the flyhtz app. All operator assets are managed within the booking system, which allows full CRUD capabilities. The booking system can only be accessed with a monthly subscription, and this is the only cost for the operator. See pricing below. All of the proprietary operator metrics used in the algorithm, are managed from within the FBS.

The proprietary on-demand quote algorithm
This is where the magic happens. With constant refinement and evolution, our algorithm consists of over 6,000 lines of code! It is our masterpiece and we are extremely proud of it.
The algorithm uses the individual operator metrics set within the flyhtz Booking System (FBS), combined with an advanced asset availability check to dynamically calculate the fare instantly for the user. All flight and fare options are presented to the user and available for immediate booking. This is true on-demand booking capability.
During a lengthy process of operator consultation, we have implemented numerous suggestions and adopted critical feedback. The development doesn't stop now however. We look forward to hearing from all operators and obtaining feedback.
Some of the most advanced features that have been implemented, are the result of this consultative process with operators. The most notable of these are the concepts of the "reverse" one-way solution and the concept of the "capture region". Another major operator inspired implementation is the "traffic light system" response to a booking request ie. the ability for the operator to decide upon "immediate acceptance" of the booking, while also having a "right of refusal" and an ability for "booking amendment". These are just some of the many examples. There are many more proprietary implementations that cannot be named due to their intellectual property nature.
Pricing
Monthly subscription fees are based upon your desired capture region for lead generation. The capture region distance is centred on your home base, and is the area within which you will appear in search results for the captured airfields when they are selected as a departure point. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
